Access to the Internet and any other equipment required to use the services of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager application is the sole responsibility of the Registered User.
“Data”: means all data included in booking records, including all files that the Registered User may send or store in the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager software application.
“Registered User” means the natural or legal person who has legally acquired the right to access and use the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager software application.
“Authorized User” means the natural or legal person who, under the authority of the Registered User, acquires the right to access (login) and use the services of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager application in the name and on behalf of the Registered User.
“Entity” means any natural or legal person or association of persons, with or without legal personality, business or organization of a for-profit or non-profit nature, belonging to the private or public sector as defined in article 1 of Law 4308/2014 (Government Gazette A 251/2014).
“Subscription” means the right to use the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager software application for a specific period of time against consideration, in accordance with the applicable commercial policy of HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA.
“HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager Service/s”: means the services of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager web subscription software application.
“HOTEL AVAILABIITIES AE”: means the joint-stock company with the name “HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES – ANONYMI ETAIREIA PLIROFORIKIS”, based in the Municipality of Volos of the Regional Unit of Thessaly (70 Agiou Nikolaou str., 38221, Volos, Greece), with VAT Reg. No. EL801954225 and Business Registration Number (GE.M.H.) 166948705000.
“HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager”: includes the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager web application, Booking Engine web application, help system, connectivity APIs and related support services provided to you, including all software, data, text, images, sounds, videos and other content provided by HotelAvailabilities. Any new features added to or augmenting the HotelAvailabilities Software and related services are also subject to these Terms.
“Property Account” is the account / subscription that an entity uses for a property, which uses the service of the channel manager and can be connected to a predetermined number of sales and distribution channels, as defined in the cooperation agreement.
“Multiproperty account” is the account / subscription that an entity uses for more than one accommodation, which use the service of the channel manager and can be connected to a predetermined number of sales and distribution channels, as defined in the cooperation agreement.
HOTELAVAILABILITIES CHANNEL MANAGER SERVICES
HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services are provided to the Registered User subject to an active subscription. HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA promises to provide the Registered User with the ability to manage sales and distribution channels, with information such as prices, availability, restrictions, but also reservations, corrections and cancellations.
Furthermore, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA promises the services described in detail below:
- Updating the reservation systems.
- Entering and managing the bookings of the distribution and sales channels.
- Interface with room management systems (PMS).
- Online storage of Files / Data.
- Interface with revenue management systems (RMS).
- Internal communication mechanism with customers.
- Mechanism for creating and managing offers to reservation systems.
- Feedback management and response mechanism.

DURATION OF HOTELAVAILABILITIES CHANNEL MANAGER SERVICES
The HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services are provided in the form of a fixed-term subscription, the value of which is paid in advance. In addition, the possibility of automatic renewal of the subscription is given. It is possible to upgrade the selected “package” of services. In this case, the current “package” will be canceled and a new one will be created from the day of the upgrade, with the expiry date of the previous subscription and with a charge of the difference between the two “packages” for the remaining period until the end of the current subscription. The possibility of switching to a smaller version is given by creating a new subscription, but after the expiry of the current subscription. It is also possible to add functionalities (modules), either in the form of specific packages, or with the proportional charge of their price for the remaining period of the current subscription. The possibility to remove some functionality is given when renewing the subscription and only for the duration of the new subscription.
In case of expiry of the Subscription and its non-renewal, then for a period of one (1) month after the last day of its validity, the Registered User can access the service only for an overview (the service is provided in “read only” mode). After the expiration of the above period and within thirty (30) days, the stored data is deleted, without informing or warning the Registered User. During the above-mentioned period when the subscription is in “read only” status at the request of the Registered User and under the condition of the prior payment to HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA of the required costs, data can be extracted in a readable format. The right of the Registered User to search his data expires with the elapse of one (1) month from the end of the Subscription, as long as it is not renewed or from the termination of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service in any way.
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES A.E. FEES – CHARGES – METHOD OF PAYMENT
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES S.A.’s fee for the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services provided is determined by the current, at the time of purchase, price list as posted on the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager website. Additions of new functionalities are made by charging their value price for the remaining period of the current subscription.
For all charges related to the acquisition and use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service, an invoice may be issued, even in electronic form. The Registered User must pay each charge in accordance with the current commercial policy. The Registered User accepts that non-payment of the relevant fees of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service may lead to the termination of the right to use it. HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA is not obliged to specifically warn the Registered User of the impending termination of use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services due to non-payment of the relevant charges.
Regarding the method of payment and depending on the applicable commercial policy, the repayment of the charge for the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services can be made:
- By depositing into the bank account of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA following a relevant agreement, where the Registered User is required to fill in specific information in the reason for the payment.
- By using a credit or debit or prepaid card or by using another acceptable means of payment.
- With payment of the authorized reseller / partner of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA when the supply of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services is made through the network of resellers / partners.
UPGRADES – TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION – OBLIGATIONS OF HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA
HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA will use all reasonable skill and exercise due care when providing the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA may update the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager in order to add new functions and/or upgrade its existing functions. During the process of updating and / or upgrading the functions, short and / or prolonged interruptions of operation may be caused, during which the Registered User may not have access to the data that may have been stored in the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager. HOTEL AVAILABILITIES AE will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager due to its upgrades. Also, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES S.A. occasionally carries out maintenance and general control of its systems and for this reason may interrupt the operation of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager temporarily and/or at regular intervals.
The Registered User will be informed, under normal circumstances, of the nature of the maintenance, the estimate of the affected services and the estimate of the restoration time, by electronic means, at least twenty-four (24) hours before the execution of the above works, not including the cases force majeure and emergency maintenance.
AUTHENTICATION OF IDENTITY
HotelAvailabilities will provide you with a username and password to access the HotelAvailabilities Software.
All users who access the HotelAvailabilities software service do so with user accounts provided to them by HotelAvailabilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and changes to data that occur with your user accounts or passwords. HotelAvailabilities will not be liable for changes made either by users or Booking Channels.
HotelAvailabilities agrees that it is responsible for the security of the cardholder data it holds, including operations related to the storage, processing and transmission of cardholder data. HotelAvailabilities uses SSL encryption to transmit all credit card data and other confidential information. HotelAvailabilities confirms that, as of the last updated date of these terms and conditions, it has complied with all applicable requirements to be considered PCI DSS compliant and has taken the necessary steps to validate its compliance with PCI DSS.
HotelAvailabilities confirms that we will review and validate our compliance at least annually and perform the necessary vulnerability scans on our systems at least quarterly. HotelAvailabilities will promptly notify you if we become aware that we are no longer PCI DSS compliant and will promptly inform you of the steps being taken to remedy the non-compliant status. In no event shall HotelAvailabilities’ notice to you be later than seven (7) calendar days after HotelAvailabilities becomes aware that we are no longer PCI DSS compliant.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the Data entered into the HotelAvailabilities Software in your user account. You agree to indemnify HotelAvailabilities, its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers against any liability or loss and costs incurred in connection with any data entered into the HotelAvailabilities Software on your account.
RESPONSIBILITY OF HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES AE does not guarantee that the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager will meet the requirements of the Registered User, nor that it will work on any equipment or environment or in connection / interoperability with any other programs or equipment chosen by the Registered User.
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA bears no liability of any kind (civil, criminal, administrative) towards the Registered User, his Authorized Users, representatives, employees, assistants, assignees, proxies and any natural or legal person acting in their name and on their behalf and/or any third party who derives rights from them, in the event that any of the above suffer any loss or damage, direct, indirect, consequential, collateral or loss of profits or other damages arising or caused by the use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager or the impossibility of using the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
By way of example, the delayed or inappropriate transmission of data to the reservation systems, the eventual permanent or temporary interruption of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service, etc. are mentioned.
Similarly, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA bears no responsibility for any damage and/or any kind of financial burden that may be caused to the Registered and/or Authorized User from the unauthorized use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager, from incorrect or bad faith use of the Authorized User and from the acceptance or not of the data transmitted by the booking systems.
Force majeure and third parties. You agree that HotelAvailabilities shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations hereunder if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of any governmental authority, war, sabotage, fire , flood, strike or other labor disruption, interruption or delay of transportation, unavailability or delay of telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used or equipment required to provide Services.
Limits on monetary compensation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms, the total liability of HotelAvailabilities (including any of its subsidiaries) for damages (pecuniary or otherwise) under these terms during any calendar year for claims by you or any third party arising out of our service, will be limited to the lesser of (i) actual damages incurred, or (ii) payments made by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The parties acknowledge and agree that the primary purpose of this clause is to allocate the risks under these terms between the parties and to limit their potential liability given the fees charged under this agreement, which would be significantly higher if HotelAvailabilities assumed further responsibility except as set forth herein. The parties relied on these limitations in deciding whether to enter into this agreement.
REGISTERED USER OBLIGATIONS
The Registered User acknowledges and expressly consents and accepts that:
- Must comply with applicable law and is expressly prohibited from using the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services to carry out any illegal acts that violate Greek or Community law. In the event that the Registered User uses the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services to commit offences, HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA bears no responsibility for any damage caused to third parties, while its claim against the Registered User for any damage caused to it material or morality from his illegal activity.
- Spamming using HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services is expressly prohibited.
- Must respond in writing by any appropriate means to documents or electronic requests of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA within three (3) days, regarding requests from the authorities or any third parties.
- The subletting of the aforementioned services to third parties is expressly prohibited. However, in case of subletting, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA reserves the right to terminate the subscription and deactivate the Registered User’s account, while a claim by HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA against the Registered User is not excluded for any of its claims and for any damage caused to it.
- He must keep the passwords to the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services safe and he must inform HOTEL AVAILABILITIES AE immediately in case of loss, theft, disclosure or suspicion of loss, disclosure of the passwords to third parties or in the event that he discovers an incident of unauthorized use of the HotelAvailabilities services Channel Manager or any other incident of security breach.
- He has the right to provide access to the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services that he will have obtained above, to Authorized Users, bearing the responsibility for their selection and for their use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
- The use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services is at his sole responsibility and any act / omission of his Authorized Users binds him exclusively.
- The transmission of data to the reservation systems may be subject to limitations, delays and other possible problems resulting from the use of telecommunications networks and related technologies.
- HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES A.E. does not have access to the data movements transmitted through the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services to the reservation systems.
- The Registered User bears sole responsibility for the use of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services and is solely liable and solely responsible for:
- The correctness, completeness and legality of the data, data and information entered and stored in the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service and contained in the information movements submitted to the reservation systems.
- The valid and timely sending and storage in the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service of all the required information movements.
- Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure at its facilities, a suitable IT environment, telecommunications and other connections of any kind, in order to enable its access to the internet since the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service becomes accessible only via the internet.
RETURN POLICY – LOSS OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Registered User has the right to cancel his Subscription within the period of (14) calendar days from the purchase of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager. In case the purchase of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager was made through the authorized network of resellers / partners of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA, the above period of (14) calendar days starts from the date of sending the activation code of HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager to the Registered User.
If the above deadline has not been fulfilled, it automatically means that the Registered User has lost the right of withdrawal and expressly waives it. Similarly, the activation of the Subscription after a trial period means automatically and without requiring the expiry of the above period of (14) calendar days that the Registered User expressly consents and unconditionally accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal and expressly waives it.
TERMINATION – INTERRUPTION – DEACTIVATION
HOTEL AVAILABILITIES SA reserves the right to terminate without notice the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services provided when:
- c) there is a violation of the terms of the Fair Use Policy of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
- d) the Registered User is in a state of insolvency (indicative and not limiting: when he has been declared bankrupt, or has been placed in compulsory liquidation, administration or other similar procedure).
- e) the Registered User has, at the discretion of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA, committed a criminal or other offense while using the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
Unverified accounts will be deleted 48 hours after the email is sent.
The entire content of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager software application (texts, images, graphics, designs, service marks, photos, services provided, etc.) are the intellectual property of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA and are protected by Greek and international law. Any copying, reproduction, transfer, storage, processing, republishing, transmission, distribution, sale, publication, performance, uploading (download), translation, modification in any way, announcement, dissemination, grant or any other use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager is expressly prohibited. , in any way or means, for commercial or other purposes, partially or in summary without the express prior written consent of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA.
The Registered User is responsible for deleting his account, following the procedure defined in the more specific corresponding section of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager.
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to the Registered User by the deletion of his account by him.
It is clarified that in case of deletion of his account, by the Registered User himself, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA deletes the Data stored in the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service that the Registered User had acquired the right to use.
The Registered User is obliged to inform HOTEL AVAILABITIES SA without delay in the event of an incident of unauthorized deletion of his account.
ACOUNT CONCESSION – TRANSFER
The Registered User, for any reason or cause, is not entitled to grant, with or without compensation, or dispose in any way, in whole or in part, the right granted to him to access and use the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services to any natural or legal person, nor to transfers this contract to any third party natural or legal person (including subsidiaries or affiliated companies).
The Registered User gives his consent to HOTEL AVAILABILITIES AE to use and send to the email account (e-mail) connected to the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager service informative messages about matters concerning the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services and/or for news programs that HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA puts into circulation and/or for sending advertising material for any other services, products or programs that HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA and/or its affiliated companies provide.
The Registered User undertakes to regularly check the e-mail account for messages from HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA in relation to the access and use of the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services.
Always guided by the respect of the individual’s privacy on the internet and the safeguarding of his personal data as well as the security of electronic transactions, HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA implements all appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the maximum degree of security, availability and the validity of the Registered User’s data.

The Registered User is identified through the combination of User ID (unique email) and Security Code (Password). Only the owner of the above two details for this has access to your data and each Registered User is solely responsible for accessing it as well as taking all necessary measures to preserve its confidentiality. In case of loss or suspected leakage, the Registered User must notify HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA IMMEDIATELY. HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA does not disclose and/or publicize in any way personal data and account information of Registered Users. The use of the above data concerns exclusively the provision of services and products to the Registered Users as well as for informing them about them. More information can be found in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Statement.
Transfer of Personal Data
Data transfer privacy is ensured by using the Transport Layer Security (T.L.S.) encryption protocol version 1.2
It automatically logs you out of the application environment after 30 minutes without any activity.
Controlled Access – Infrastructure Security
All the services of HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES AE’s software applications are hosted on Microsoft Azure, one of the world’s “leaders” of Cloud services offering maximum security for the services provided by HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES AE.
All payments made using a card are processed through an electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA collects and processes the data of Registered Users, including Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Statement of the HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA Group posted on the epsilonnet.gr website.
The Registered User, when using the HotelAvailabilities Channel Manager services, has the right, at any time, to delete all his data and if he deletes them, at the same time, any items containing personal data about him or his principals will be deleted.
The Registered User is expressly prohibited from disclosing or appropriating any information related to copyrights, trade secrets, patents, database rights, confidential information protected or not, know-how, that comes to his attention from his cooperation with HOTEL AVAILABILITΙES SA and/or from the use of its services.
APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION – FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions are governed by the provisions of Greek Law, as they apply and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, commercial ethics and the economic and social purpose of the right.
The invalidity of a specific term does not affect the validity of the remaining terms, rather it automatically ceases to be valid.
Competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms are designated exclusively by the Courts of Thessaloniki.
