The channel manager is a capability with HotelAvailabilities’ cloud-based hotel channel manager platform which facilitates centralized management of online accommodation distribution by connecting to online booking channels and hotel management systems. It is included with the HotelAvailabilities pricing plan.
The channel manager is a web application hosted by Amazon Web Services and accessible via https://www. HotelAvailabilities.com/ on a modern web browser.
Synchronizing ARI: The channel manager provides the ability to integrate with booking channels to synchronize Availability Rates and Inventory (ARI) and reservation retrieval. ARI will be synchronized across each integrated online channel in response to inventory management actions performed in the channel manager.
Reservation Processing: As guests make reservations on integrated online channels, the details of those reservations are received by the channel manager and forwarded on to the hotel via email, or sent to the hotel’s PMS or CRS, and stored on the platform.
PCI Compliant User Management: The channel manager provides PCI compliant user management functions including user creation and deletion, permission management and activity logging.
Reporting: The channel manager has built-in reporting features to help manage reservations, and analyze channel performance, including:
Reservations reporting
Channel yield reporting
Channel analysis reporting
Notifications: The channel manager will alert you to the status of updates and reservation deliveries, and provides the following features:
Notification of connection delays or failure
Unmapped reservation processing
Channel disable
Channel rate disable
Failed PMS delivery

Rate management: HotelAvailabilities Multi-Property has a central user interface for rate management, allowing bulk actions to be performed across multiple accounts using the HotelAvailabilities channel manager, including:
Creation, modification & deletion of rate plans
Linking of PMS and channel manager rates
Organization: HotelAvailabilities Multi-Property has organizational features that allow properties to be assigned to brands or clusters.
Access: HotelAvailabilities Multi-Property users gain access to, and the ability to manage the configuration of, all HotelAvailabilities channel manager accounts within a group. Multi-Property users cannot access, view or download any payment information linked to any of the reservations in a property.
PCI Compliant: User Management HotelAvailabilities Multi-Property provides PCI compliant user management functions including user creation and deletion, permission management and activity logging.
Reporting: HotelAvailabilities Multi-Property has built-in reporting features that combine data from all the HotelAvailabilities accounts in a group to help report on reservations, and analyze channel production.
